Here's the Beef Here's a closeup of that beef, perfectly pink. Says Josh: "Horseradish was definitely applied. I think I could have done with a little more au jus today, but the bottom of the roll was beginning to get a little soggy anyway. You can always get some au jus on the side and dip!"
