Yeah!! Finally a vegetarian sandwich! I'm going to make this. And thanks for letting me know National Vegetarian Month is almost here...

I like to use vegetarian crumbles (a soy substitute for taco meat, etc. that you can find in any grocery store's frozen aisle near the garden burgers) and the canned sloppy joe mix, Manwich I think. Anyway, that makes a delicious vegetarian sloppy joe! Put it on a soft whole wheat hamburger bun or roll, and top it off with some avocado slices for a truly yummy and messy treat.

oh my goodness. first the chicken cheesesteak and now a meatless sloppy joe? what is the world coming to? good thing I've still got the world's best sloppy joe recipe. garaunteed to blow this poseur off the plate and out the door.

that said I really dig this site. thanks.
